Cheval de Jade


Unique in the Laurentians, Le Cheval de Jade is a French fine cuisine restaurant located on Saint-Jovite street in Mont Tremblant.

The restaurant’s specialities are fish and sea food. The Mediterranean fish soup and the bouillabaisse are prepared with fish directly imported from Mediterranean sea in order to give you an authentic taste.

The chef Olivier Tali changes his menu by using local and organic products as much as possible.

Almost all of our dishes are prepared gluten free. He will be happy to share with you the secret of his new creation.

Proclaimed “Canardier Master”, he will reveal to you the ‘Duckling à la Rouennaise’, an 300 years old recipe and flambéed while preparing it directly in front of you (on reservation).Come and discover this ancestral house with a warm ambience, an ideal setting for a romantic dinner or a delightful meal with friends.

The Order of Canardiers was created in January 1986 by Michel Gueret, Founder President, with 20 personalities who care for the maintenance of our cultural heritage: culinary art, symbolized by the development of a great regional recipe the Rouennaise Duckling.

The Order of Canardiers includes two kinds of members : Master Canardiers who care the professionals that serve the Rouennaise Duckling in their establishment and Gentleman or Lady Canardiers who are gourmets that appreciate the recipe and share the purposes of the association.

During the evening, at the table of producers in the dinning room, they will answer your questions while you taste the dishes of the new summer menu that the Chef Olivier developed with their products.

I have eaten everywhere in Tremblant is this is the best dining experience I have ever had in the region. The multi-course menu served with wine pairing was incredible, the staff was super friendly, every bite was memorable. He has a machine for duck sauce that is so rare that one sank on the titanic.
