Sebastien​ ​Houle -​ ​On​ ​the​ ​go​ ​once​ ​again!

556318_10150762276811093_386503344_nThis guy never stops! Chef and owner of sEb L’artisan Culinaire Restaurant, Sebastien Houle is on the go once again.

Sebastien is not new to the restoration business nor to the Mont Tremblant area. He opened his first restaurant sEb L’artisan Culinaire in 2005 here in central Mont Tremblant  and quickly made quite a name for himself in the Laurentians. His restaurant has won multiple times the 4 Diamond status from CAA. He also won best business of the year from the Chamber of Commerce in Mont Tremblant in 2009 and was nominated again in the category of restaurants just last year. But this was not enough for the chef/owner. He’s had a lot more to offer since his restaurant opening back 13 years ago.

With his restaurant running smooth and his catering business really taking off as well, Seb became a top pick for those seeking a chef for their private events, parties or weddings. Through his catering service Seb and his team also became the sole caterer for one of Tremblant’s biggest and most popular events, The Ironman race. They prepare dishes for over 35000 athletes and volunteers every year since 2012!

In 2015 the food truck craze hit the city of Montreal and of course sEb, on the edge of what’s new and trendy, bought his first food truck.  He started taking his so called ‘La Caravane’ truck to different events around the Tremblant and Montreal area. Still today you’ll see his truck here and there. He offers a cool menu that revisits the Fast Food classics while adding his own unique gourmet touch “à la sEb”.

Not busy enough Seb?! He has now taken over part of the Domaine Saint Bernard main building, opening up his own ‘Bistro Saint-Bernard’. Nestled among the forest and the acres of land one will be able to come in after a long snowshoe, hike or cross country ski and enjoy a warm meal by the fire in another one of sEb’s great creations.
