We had a special dinner at the Windigo with their new Discovery Menu. It was highly recommended by a friend and was simply divine. It was great to have an evening where the chef made all the decisions. Each course was paired with an Oyster Bay wine from New Zealand!

- Pork cheek confit with cabbage, bacon and caramelized onions
- Roasted duck breast with pink pepper, squash, mushrooms and citrus
- Passion fruit coconut cake with strawberries and hibiscus jelly
