Un nouveau chapitre d\u2019une histoire vieille de 120 ans Lorsque Marie-Jos\u00e9e Labb\u00e9 a repris l\u2019H\u00f4tel Mont-Tremblant et son embl\u00e9matique pub en 2017, elle ne savait pas qu\u2019elle \u00e9tait devenue le personnage principal d\u2019une histoire qui a commenc\u00e9 en 1902. L\u2019auberge du lac Mercier, comme on l\u2019appelait \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, avait initialement \u00e9t\u00e9 construite pour loger les employ\u00e9s du Canadien Pacifique.<\/p>\n

\nApr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudes de gestion h\u00f4teli\u00e8re \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al, et r\u00eavant de poss\u00e9der un petit h\u00f4tel, elle souhaitait offrir aux clients des prestations sup\u00e9rieures sans pour autant perdre les fid\u00e8les habitu\u00e9s. Pour trouver cet \u00e9quilibre et introduire le concept de pub gastronomique, Marie- Jos\u00e9e fera appel \u00e0 Marie-Soleil Charette, g\u00e9rante du Au Coin Pub gastronomique afin de cr\u00e9er un menu \u00e0 la fois excitant et coh\u00e9rent.
\nLes classiques sont propos\u00e9s avec une touche d\u2019originalit\u00e9. Le fish and chips est \u00e0 base de Bor\u00e9ale IPA.<\/p>\n

Le burger maison est au bison tendre et savoureux. La salade C\u00e9sar a \u00e9t\u00e9 revisit\u00e9e avec des choux de Bruxelles r\u00f4tis, des lardons et des c\u00e2pres frites.<\/p>\n

Parmi les nouvelles vedettes de la carte, citons l\u2019exceptionnelle moelle osseuse r\u00f4tie \u00e0 la roquette et la d\u00e9cadente salade
\nti\u00e8de du P\u00e9rigord au confit de canard, au foie gras et aux noix caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Le plat pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 de Mme Labb\u00e9 est le jarret d\u2019agneau brais\u00e9 aux l\u00e9gumes grill\u00e9s.\"\"
\nLe brunch du dimanche propose trois plats originaux qui diff\u00e9rencient Au Coin Pub de ses concurrents : une superbe cassolette avec pommes de terre, champignons, feta, coriandre et \u0153uf; un fromage grill\u00e9 \u00e0 base de pain de campagne et de gruy\u00e8re; une cr\u00eape de sarrasin avec pommes, gruy\u00e8re, roquette, \u0153ufs et ciboulette. Bien entendu, les \u0153ufs mimosas sont toujours disponibles \u2013 personne n\u2019oserait changer cela.
\nLa voie ferr\u00e9e a disparu depuis longtemps, mais au Au Coin Pub, o\u00f9 l\u2019on retrouve encore des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations d\u2019habitu\u00e9s au bar, le pass\u00e9 est bien
