Elle est donn\u00e9e pour deux portions, mais vous pourrez l\u2019adapter en fonction du nombre de convives en la doublant, triplant, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cat\u00e9gories<\/strong> :<br \/>\nType de repas : souper, lunch, tr\u00e8s petite<br \/>\ntabl\u00e9e, petit prix.<br \/>\nRestriction alimentaire : sans produits <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-10343 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/tremblantrestaurants.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Capture-decran-2024-03-11-100718-300x78.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"78\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tremblantrestaurants.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Capture-decran-2024-03-11-100718-300x78.png 300w, https:\/\/tremblantrestaurants.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Capture-decran-2024-03-11-100718.png 464w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><br \/>\nlaitiers, naturellement sans gluten.<br \/>\nSaisons : printemps, \u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Portions : 2 | Repos : 4 heures<br \/>\nPr\u00e9paration : 15 minutes<br \/>\nCuisson : 15 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><br \/>\n2 filets de saumon d\u2019environ 250 g (8 oz), avec la peau;<br \/>\nGros sel, en quantit\u00e9 suffisante pour couvrir le saumon;<br \/>\n45 ml (3c. \u00e0 soupe) de gingembre frais, broy\u00e9;<br \/>\n45 ml (3 c. \u00e0 soupe) de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable;<br \/>\nLe zeste d\u2019uncitron; Poivre au moulin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><br \/>\n1- D\u00e9posez vos filets de saumon dans une assiette et recouvrez-les de gros sel \u2013 chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 des filets devrait \u00eatre couvert de sel;<br \/>\n2- Laissez reposer les filets au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur un minimum de deux heures, mais pas plus de trois heures \u2013 le saumon est pr\u00eat lorsque la chair a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 changer de couleur et qu\u2019elle n\u2019est plus ferme au toucher;<\/p>\n<p>3- \u00c0 l\u2019eau froide, rincez bien vos filets pour enlever le sel, puis \u00e9pongez-les \u00e0 l\u2019aide de papier essuie-tout. Remettez-les sur l\u2019assiette, poivrez g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement et r\u00e9servez ;<br \/>\n4- M\u00e9langez dans un bol le gingembre, le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable et le zeste de citron, puis ajoutez la marinade sur les filets en couvrant tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s ;<br \/>\n5- Placez-la au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant au moins une heure \u2013 plus c\u2019est long, mieux c\u2019est \u2013, ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le reste du repas soit pr\u00eat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuisson<\/strong><br \/>\nDeux options de cuisson : A &#8211; Au BBQ : Vous aurez besoin d\u2019une planche de c\u00e8dre que vous aurez fait tremper dans l\u2019eau pendant un minimum de deux heures. Ces planches se trouvent dans la section BBQ des supermarch\u00e9s, \u00e0 d\u00e9faut, privil\u00e9giez la cuisson au four. D\u00e9posez les filets sur la planche du c\u00f4t\u00e9 peau et faites-les cuire au feu indirect environ 15 minutes, pour que le saumon soit encore rose \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur.<br \/>\nB &#8211; Au four : pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 400 \u00b0F et d\u00e9posez les filets sur une plaque de cuisson couverte d\u2019un papier parchemin. Faites cuire au four environ 15 minutes, pour que le saumon soit encore rose \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur.
