C\u2019est facile a faire et d\u00e9licieux!<\/p>\n<p><strong id=\"internal-source-marker_0.45713119581341743\">Clafoutis aux framboises et au chocolat blanc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degr\u00e9 de difficult\u00e9 : facile<\/li>\n<li>Nombre de convives : 6 \u00e0 10<\/li>\n<li>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 20 minutes (1 heure de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration)<\/li>\n<li>Temps de cuisson : 40 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\u00a0<strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g de framboises<\/li>\n<li>100 ml de lait 2 %<\/li>\n<li>75 g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>100 g de farine<\/li>\n<li>75 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>3 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>300 ml de cr\u00e8me 35 %<\/li>\n<li>200 g de chocolat blanc (en pastilles)<\/li>\n<li>Sucre glace (pour la pr\u00e9sentation, facultatif)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/dev.tremblantrestaurants.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/image00.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"461\" height=\"346\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dans une casserole, faire chauffer le lait et le beurre \u00e0 feu doux sans \u00e9bullition, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le beurre soit compl\u00e8tement fondu.<\/li>\n<li>Pendant ce temps, dans un bol, m\u00e9langer la farine et le sucre.<\/li>\n<li>Creuser un puits au centre et y d\u00e9poser les \u0153ufs.<\/li>\n<li>Battre ces derniers en incorporant graduellement la farine et le sucre.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter la cr\u00e8me et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsque le beurre est fondu dans la casserole, fermer le feu et ajouter le chocolat blanc. M\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que ce dernier s\u2019incorpore compl\u00e8tement au m\u00e9lange.<\/li>\n<li>Verser cette pr\u00e9paration dans le bol et bien m\u00e9langer avec la farine, le sucre, les \u0153ufs et la cr\u00e8me.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un moule rectangulaire d\u2019environ 12 cm x 4 cm, d\u00e9poser un papier parchemin ou cir\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Verser ensuite la pr\u00e9paration dans le moule et terminer en incorporant les framboises \u00e0 la p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n<li>Enfourner \u00e0 375 \u00b0F pour 40 minutes. V\u00e9rifier la cuisson apr\u00e8s 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Temp\u00e9rer puis r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer environ 1 heure.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9mouler et couper en tranches individuelles.<\/li>\n<li>Saupoudrer de sucre glace et servir avec un coulis de framboises ou de cerises, si d\u00e9sir\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/dev.tremblantrestaurants.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/image02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"461\" height=\"346\" \/><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Notre version de La Clafoutis aux framboise.
