Qu\u2019arrive-t-il s\u2019il est vinifi\u00e9 en vin sec ? C\u2019est \u00e0 quoi s\u2019exerce, depuis une cinquantaine de mill\u00e9simes, la cave australienne Moss Wood qui peaufine un blanc sec 100 % s\u00e9millon.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019opulence est certaine, juste \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153il. Des effluves d\u2019abricot et de toast \u00e0 la figue charment le nez. Certes, la bouche est cors\u00e9e, mais surtout structur\u00e9e en fra\u00eecheur. Le palais jouit d\u2019ar\u00f4mes de pomme jaune d\u00e9licieuse et de citron confit; le tout escort\u00e9 d\u2019une touche fum\u00e9e, une caract\u00e9ristique typique du s\u00e9millon.<\/p>\n<p>Du genre \u00e0 flirter avec l\u2019aphrodisiaque gingembre sous presque toutes ses formes.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-10882 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/tremblantrestaurants.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Capture-decran-le-2025-01-30-a-15.46.10-82x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"130\" height=\"475\" \/>Domaine Dupr\u00e9-Goujon La D\u00e9marrante 2022<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>2) 15173844 | 28,40 $<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Premi\u00e8re rencontre avec \u00abLa D\u00e9marrante\u00bb du Domaine Dupr\u00e9-Goujon appellation C\u00f4te de Brouilly.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019embl\u00e9e, \u00e0 peine vers\u00e9 dans le ballon, je suis s\u00e9duit par ce rouge rubis excitant. S\u2019en suit une myriade de parfums floraux, fruit\u00e9s et \u00e9pic\u00e9s, pr\u00e9mices d\u2019une bouche qui \u00e9clate sur la puret\u00e9 sauvage d\u2019un gamay merveilleusement domestiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Une rencontre que je ne suis pas pr\u00e8s d\u2019oublier.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-10881 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/tremblantrestaurants.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Capture-decran-le-2025-01-30-a-15.46.33-82x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"137\" height=\"502\" \/>Le Miccine Carduus 2020<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>3) 12798398 | 42,00 $<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00abTu ne connais pas Paula Cook?\u00bb, me disait mi 2010 un chroniqueur de vin, constern que je ne connaisse pas cette \u00e9toile montante \u2013 Qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise de surcro\u00eet \u2013 excellant dans la r\u00e9gion italienne du Chianti Classico. Merci l\u2019ami, car j\u2019ai depuis un r\u00e9el plaisir \u00e0 d\u00e9guster les vins du domaine Le Miccine, propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de cette jeune vigneronne, avec d\u00e9j\u00e0 14 mill\u00e9simes r\u00e9alis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Presque intrus dans cette r\u00e9gion domin\u00e9e par le sangiovese, le merlot a trouv\u00e9 sa niche dans la cuv\u00e9e Carduus, un super toscan fait uniquement de merlot.<\/p>\n<p>Rouge rubis assez dense, au nez s\u00e9duisant; les ar\u00f4mes de figues fra\u00eeches et de prunes donnent le ton. En bouche, s\u2019ajoutent la cerise noire et des notes de cassis. La fra\u00eecheur en milieu de bouche supporte ce lot de saveur tout en muselant les tanins sur une finale soyeuse.<\/p>\n<p>Ce 2020 ne fait pas exception.
