Le petit rituel de la pinte froide apr\u00e8s le v\u00e9lo est toujours un moment apaisant apr\u00e8s l\u2019effort. Depuis plus d\u2019une quinzaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es, je pratique le v\u00e9lo de montagne. Ce sport m\u2019a permis de d\u00e9couvrir les meilleures destinations au Qu\u00e9bec, en Colombie- Britannique, au Vermont, en Utah et en Arizona. Les Laurentides sont un endroit rempli de sentiers de v\u00e9lo de tous niveaux. Peu importe la destination, je suis toujours \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019une microbrasserie locale pour clore en beaut\u00e9 ma sortie. Cette ann\u00e9e, j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de m\u2019\u00e9quiper d\u2019une bicyclette plus adapt\u00e9e au voyage et \u00e0 l\u2019aventure. Je me suis lanc\u00e9 comme d\u00e9fi de d\u00e9couvrir nos v\u00e9los-routes du Qu\u00e9bec. Quoi de plus pratique que de p\u00e9daler de village en village pour d\u00e9couvrir nos artisans brasseurs?<\/p>\n
Qui dit bonne bi\u00e8re froide d\u00e9salt\u00e9rante dit aussi bien manger local!<\/p>\n
En juin, les asperges montrent le bout de leur nez au Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n

Les occasions d\u2019\u00e9laborer un menu de saison et de faire un accord mets-bi\u00e8re sont nombreuses. Place \u00e0 l\u2019inspiration et \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9! J\u2019ai projet\u00e9 de composer un menu simple et raffin\u00e9 qui permettrait de faire de belles d\u00e9couvertes. Agr\u00e9ablement surpris par l\u2019asperge grill\u00e9e ou r\u00f4tie accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019une bonne bi\u00e8re stout bien cr\u00e9meuse, j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019associer quelques asperges r\u00f4ties \u00e0 l\u2019huile de cam\u00e9line torr\u00e9fi\u00e9e \u00e0 un lait d\u2019asperge au basilic. J\u2019ai d\u00e9pos\u00e9 les asperges sur un cake aux poivrons grill\u00e9s et au fromage Louis d\u2019Or, et ne pouvant r\u00e9sister, j\u2019y ai ajout\u00e9 quelques morilles printani\u00e8res.<\/p>\n
Apr\u00e8s le travail, j\u2019aime d\u00e9couvrir Les Laurentides \u00e0 v\u00e9lo. \u00c0 partir de Mont- Tremblant, en empruntant la piste cyclable le P\u2019tit Train du Nord direction sud, il est possible, apr\u00e8s un l\u00e9ger d\u00e9tour, d\u2019aller d\u00e9guster les bi\u00e8res de la microbrasserie La Veill\u00e9e \u00e0 Sainte- Agathe-des-Monts.<\/p>\n
