Sebastien n’est pas \u00e0 ses premiers pas dans la restauration, et il n\u2019est pas un \u00e9tranger dans la r\u00e9gion de Mont Tremblant. Il a ouvert son premier restaurant sEb L\u2019artisan Culinaire en 2005 et s\u2019est fait conna\u00eetre d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de sa carri\u00e8re dans le Laurentides. Son restaurant a remport\u00e9 plusieurs fois le statut de 4 diamants de la CAA et a remport\u00e9 le prix pour meilleur \u00e9tablissement de l’ann\u00e9e de la Chambre de commerce de Mont Tremblant en 2009. De plus, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 \u00e0 nouveau dans la cat\u00e9gorie des restaurants juste l’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Mais ce n’\u00e9tait pas suffisant pour le chef \/ propri\u00e9taire. Il avait beaucoup plus \u00e0 offrir depuis l’ouverture de son restaurant.<\/p>\n

\nAvec son restaurant qui fonctionnait bien et son nouveau service de traiteur et chef \u00e0 domicile qui prenait son envol, Seb a continu\u00e9 de construire toute une \u00e9quipe et service de traiteur assez comp\u00e9titif pour la r\u00e9gion. Avec son \u00e9quipe, S\u00e9bastien est devenu l\u2019unique traiteur du plus important et populaire \u00e9v\u00e9nement de Tremblant, la course Ironman. Son service de traiteur offre des plats pour plus de 35 000 athl\u00e8tes et b\u00e9n\u00e9voles chaque ann\u00e9e depuis 2012!<\/p>\n

En 2015, la folie des \u2018food trucks\u2019 a frapp\u00e9 la ville de Montr\u00e9al et, bien s\u00fbr, toujours \u00e0 l’aff\u00fbt des nouveaut\u00e9s et des tendances, sEb a achet\u00e9 son premier camion-restaurant. Il a lanc\u00e9 \u2018La Caravane\u2019 \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents \u00e9v\u00e9nements autour de Mont Tremblant et Montr\u00e9al. Son camion propose un menu sympa qui revisite les classiques du fast food tout en y ajoutant sa touche gastronomique unique \u00ab\u00e0 la sEb\u00bb.<\/p>\n

\nPas assez occup\u00e9 Seb ?! Il a maintenant repris une partie du b\u00e2timent principal du Domaine Saint Bernard de Mont Tremblant, ouvrant son propre petit bistro nomm\u00e9 \u00abBistro Saint-Bernard\u00bb. Nich\u00e9 parmi la for\u00eat et les acres de terrain en pleine nature, ce bistro nous permettra de savourer un repas chaud, pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par le talentueux S\u00e9bastien Houle pr\u00e8s du feu apr\u00e8s une longue randonn\u00e9e de raquette ou de ski de fond. Nous attendons l\u2019ouverture avec impatience.<\/p>\n
