\"\"Le restaurant Patrick Bermand est ouvert depuis plus de 15 ans et c\u2019est toujours l\u2019un des lieux pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s de nombreux touristes et locaux \u00e9galement. M\u00eame si ce resto est tr\u00e8s convoit\u00e9 tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, le propri\u00e9taire, Patrick Bermand, a d\u00e9cid\u00e9, il y a environ 3 ans, de lancer une \u00absoir\u00e9e r\u00e9sidents\u00bb les mercredis soirs. Il souhaitait inviter les gens du quartier, afin de les permettre de savourer une cuisine raffin\u00e9e, mais \u00e0 un prix pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel. Une offre comprenant la m\u00eame nourriture de qualit\u00e9 mais \u00e0 un prix plus comp\u00e9titif JUSTE pour les r\u00e9sidents locaux. C’\u00e9tait un repas de 3 services pour 25 $! Il l’a offert toute l’ann\u00e9e sauf dans les p\u00e9riodes tr\u00e8s achaland\u00e9es comme les vacances de No\u00ebl et quelques autres moments. D\u2019abord, ce fut un secret bien gard\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span>Il n\u2019y avait pas trop de promotion, et la nouvelle circulait gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019effet\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0bouche \u00e0 oreille\u00a0\u00bb. Toutefois, \u00a0avec une offre aussi all\u00e9chante, le mot s’est \u00e9videmment r\u00e9pandu rapidement.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"Maintenant, plus de 3 ans plus tard, le secret est d\u00e9finitivement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 et les mercredis des r\u00e9sidents se poursuivent! \u00a0Une telle ambiance, de la bonne nourriture et de nombreux visages familiers. Ils affichent chaque semaine le menu du mercredi sur leur page Facebook afin que vous puissiez avoir un aper\u00e7u de ce qui vous attend.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nous ne sommes certainement pas au centre-ville de Montr\u00e9al et plusieurs d\u2019entre-nous se connaissent ici. Avec des soir\u00e9es comme le mercredi chez Patrick Bermand, le jeudi soir au Rustique et les vendredis Au Coin, c\u2019est amusant comme locaux de profiter de cette fr\u00e9n\u00e9sie et de c\u00f4toyer nos amis et nos voisins en passant un bon moment. Nous avons tout \u00e0 fait le style de vie id\u00e9al ici \u00e0 Mont Tremblant. Certains disent que nous sommes chanceux de vivre ici et nous disons \u00aboui, c\u2019est absolument vrai!\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n

Je suppose donc que nous nous reverrons mercredi prochain chez Patrick Bermand!<\/span><\/p>\n
