Every Thursday of the year, we offer a culinary experience around game meats for $ 49 for 2 persons. Bite-size hors d’hoeuvres, appetizer and main dishes all made with Quebec game meat. To then finish it off with a dessert designed by our pastry chef. We have nothing more to say than:Bon appetit !!
