Summer is here and Tremblant is bustling with people. It’s vacation time! Many of the locals already know where to go, what they like and have their favourite restaurants in mind.
In case you didn’t know, here are a few ‘special’ nights around Tremblant that you might have heard about and definitely have to try out if you haven’t already.
Who doesn’t know about Patrick Bermand Restaurant’s Wednesday night “local” night? Local or not, head over there on a Wednesday for a 3 course table d’hote menu for $44 for 2 people! Specials on wine as well. Make sure you reserve because it’s always busy on a Wednesday!
Restaurant Le Saint Louis in the old village of Mont Tremblant offers all you can eat mussels every Wednesday night during the summer. A beautiful view overlooking Lac Mercier, this is also quite a popular choice for the locals.
Thursdays seem to be a popular night to hit the town here in Mont Tremblant. We start out with the sushi lovers. Enjoy the best sushi in Tremblant at Prime Steak Sushi Bar where your second roll is free every Thursday evening.
In case you haven’t been- go to Le Rustique Restaurant on the north side of Tremblant!! Such a quaint setting, laid back, pool table, great terrace and awesome food. Thursdays is their special night as well where you can also eat a 4 course meal for $49 for two people. If you missed their Thursday, they are also inviting you to head over there on Fridays for a 5 à 7 with music and specials on drinks. (Pints-$5, cocktails $4).
You can also hit the resort this summer which always has something going on. With different music festivals and shows going on, Le Restaurant La Quintessence has a special called
Happy Thursdays. Live music, a 3 course meal starting at $50 per person and one spectacular view doesn’t sound too bad either.
A special mention goes out to Taco Lolita’s Restaurant on Friday nights during the summer. It’s not every Friday but check their Facebook page because they often have Latin music on a Friday night which makes for a fun night right. Right on the strip in the action of St. Jovite with a margarita in hand- can’t go wrong there!
Fairmont has undergone major renovations this spring and is back looking better than ever with 3 new restaurants. Head over to their Le Comptoir, cuisine du marché Restaurant on a Saturday or Sunday morning for their buffet brunch from 11-2pm.
This should get everyone out and about. Support the local restaurants and enjoy the summer!!
