Owner Éric Rousseau, a seasoned entrepreneur and passionate community member, has poured his heart and experience into every aspect of the café. Originally from LaSalle, he moved to Mont- Tremblant in 1999, where he raised his three children and established himself as a business leader deeply involved with local charities. His café is an extension of his dedication to wellness and community.
“I wanted to create a place where people feel cared for, and leave feeling better than when they arrived,” says Éric. This philosophy is woven into everything Café Dépôt offers, from the fresh, wholesome ingredients to the inviting, cozy ambience, every visit is an opportunity to recharge.
The menu at Café Dépôt features a rotating selection of gourmet sandwiches ranging from classic ham-and-cheese wraps to indulgent duck confit to satisfying vegan options. Fresh salads, daily soups, and pastries are also prepared throughout the day.
For those with a sweet tooth, Café Dépôt’s selection of desserts is a highlight. With over 20 cakes available daily – including some from the renowned Cheesecake Factory – the café has earned a loyal following among dessert enthusiasts. Éric jokes that skipping dessert at Café Dépôt is like going to the beach without dipping your toes in the water.
