September 13th-16th is the Montreal Ribfest in the Old Port of Montreal. A full american southeastern experience. You can taste all sorts of delicious ribs with their varied toppings and sauces. With that said, on a beautiful weekend, with the leaves changing and fall coming upon us, you might be bolting out of the city at high speed on Friday afternoon and heading straight to Tremblant to enjoy laurentian’s most beautiful area. Caseys Bar & Grill​ – Can’t have the word grill and not serve ribs right!

Microbrasserie La Diable​– BBQ Baby back ribs (1 1/2 lb)- broiled and served with french fries, ceasar salad and BBQ sauce.

La Forge Bistro- Bar & Grill ​- Down in the Bistro they offer Braised beef short ribs with a smoky reduction and homestyle mashed potatoes.

Choux Gras Brasserie Culinaire​ – Fairmont Hotel – Take it up a notch with these short ribs served with celery root purée, remoulade and braising jus.

St. Hubert​ – 2 locations! There is a St. Hubert in the pedestrian village of Mont Tremblant and one downtown Tremblant so you can get your fix at either location. 1⁄2 or full rack available.

Bullseye Saloon & Grill – ​ Obviously they have ribs. It even looks like a ribfest restaurant with its western country decor!

La Petite Cachée​- Owner Normand makes his famous braised ribs with his homemade smokey sauce.

Milly’s​ – They offer Bison ribs!

Prime Steak Sushi Bar​ – Hotel Chateau Beauvallon – Baby Back Ribs. Broiled and served with hand cut fries and salad. 1⁄2 rack or full rack. They also offer a Smoked Beef Rib for Two, Served with vegetables and one choice of side per person as well as one choice of sauce.
