We have compiled some of our favorite plates from different restaurants for those of you looking to quench your thirst for meat. We understand though that you may be accompanied by someone who is not as much of a meat lover as you so not to worry, everyone of these dishes comes from a restaurant that will cater to all. There are fish, pasta or vegetarian dishes at all of these restaurants so you should all be able to leave satisfied. So enjoy!
Restaurant Patrick Bermand is a must, especially for their Rack of Lamb. We personally met people who drive from Montreal to eat at this restaurant and continuously order this dish time and time again oohhing and ahhhing over the Rack of Lamb.
sEb L’artisan Culinaire continuously ups his game and this winter he is offering this spectacular dish: Beef filet Angus AAA. Of course we recommend the option of topping it with Fois Gras. Yes please!
Bullseye Saloon and Grill. This is a steakhouse with a western twist. They offer good variety of meat selections from Rib Steak to Filet Mignon to Ribs to Porterhouse steaks. Plus they are in the heart of the action in the Pedestrian village of Tremblant which may be a bonus if you are looking to do the rounds after your meal.
La Forge Bar and Grill – Bone in, no bone, filet mignon…. They have it all as well and to top it off, they offer one of the most extensive wine lists in Tremblant . Nothing compliments a nice steak like a good glass of red wine.
Prime Steak Sushi Bar offers a modern steakhouse inspired menu featuring USDA Prime Certified Beef. Only 2% of all beef in America ever makes the cut and achieves this. Its the highest of grades. You are sure to be satisfied with this one.
Although Le Rustique’s menu changes weekly, there is no shortage of meat at this restaurant and it is ALWAYS sure to please. Check out this bison dish. The chef will often create succulent dishes with Bison, deer, duck and other meats. Whatever the week, whatever the meat, its going to be good.
