Among friends, in a couple or alone come to be inspired, then share the meal with the group. Five different courses: For food lovers, or just for the pleasure of good cooking.

  • Cooking classes which begin Thursday, November 1st, 2012.
  • Time: 17:30 ..
  • $ 80 plus taxes and service, including a glass of wine and wine tasting.
  • Maximum number of participants: 8-10.

Course # 1:
Kale salad and Patrick’s vinaigrette
Snapper with salt, sauce Noilly Pratt and lemon quinoa with grilled vegetables
Chocolate-Raspberry Brownie
Preparation of chicken stock
Course # 2:
Onion soup au gratin
Salmon tartare with tomatoes, basil and oil
Blueberry Pudding Chaumeur….vegetarian version
