This is always one of our favorite sunday brunches, set in such a magical environment overlooking Lake Tremblant. The spread of food is endless with an extended variety of breakfast or lunch options. A Breakfast station with Chef This station offers eggs your way, Eggs Benedict, bacon, sausages, hash browns, crêpes, waffles and variety of pastries, and fruits. Cheese & Bread StationFine Québec’s cheeses, baguette, crusty country loaf, fruits, Marmalades and compotes.
Of course, a Salad Barwhere you can create your own salad with choices like Arugula lettuce, mixed baby greens, spinach lettuce, tomatoes, variety of vegetables, croutons, dried fruits, and a variety of vinaigrettes.
A Soup Station featuring squash soup . From their Smokehouse Wild Salmon, Trout (from Les Bobines fish farming), Herring, Duck Mulard, Deer and Tether of piglet.
A Carved meats & vegetable station offering St-Canut Farm maple glazed piglet, sauté of beef with mushrooms, braised lamb with wild bergamot, roasted turkey from Rose des Vents farm, sauté of shrimps in Whiskey, mixed root vegetables and roasted potatoes .
And of course, our favorite, The Dessertswith chocolate cake, hazelnut cake, chocolate tarts, chocolate fondue, fruits and sweets . Yummm.
