Why wait until the weekend to fire up your BBQ. Our executive Sous-chef Eric Beaupré shares with you his simple homemade BBQ sauce for the best ribs ever.
- – 75 ml Vegetable Oil
- – 3 Garlic Cloves
- – ½ Rivière Rouge Beer
- – 6 Table spoons of Ketchup
- – 3 Table spoons of Mustard
- – 3 Table spoons of Maple Syrup
- – 2 Table spoons of Soy Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1- In a pot over medium heat with oil and a pinch of salt, cook garlic until tender
2- Deglaze with Beer and let simmer for about 1 minute
3- Add the remaining ingredients, stir and reduce heat to low
4- Simmer about 30 minutes or until desired consistency
